Applicants must first register an account on the Residensi Wilayah Portal. After creating the account, complete your personal profile before applying for any available project.
Step 2 – Choose Your Preferred Project
Browse the available RUMAWIP projects and select the project that matches your eligibility and preferences.
Important: Once you have submitted an application for a Residensi Wilayah project, you will no longer be able to apply for a Residensi MADANI project under the same application.
Step 3 – Complete Your Application
Fill in the required applicant/personal information and project application details.
Step 4 – Prepare & Upload Supporting Documents
Upload the required documents through the Residensi Wilayah portal.
