Can I apply if I already own a house?
No.
Applicants must not own residential property within Kuala Lumpur before applying for RUMAWIP.
Can husband and wife apply separately?
No.
Only one household application is allowed.

Warganegara Malaysia berumur 18 tahun (Madani) 21 tahun (Rumawip) ke atas.
Belum pernah memiliki kediaman di negeri WP
Kelayakan Gaji 2700 (Rumawip) lepas tolak EPF & Komitmen Bank untuk 100% loan.
Satu permohonan Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan saja untuk setiap isi rumah.
Pendapatan isi rumah Rumawip - <RM10k (Bujang) atau <RM15k (Kahwin) l Madani - < RM8K
Keutamaan kepada yang Lahir, bekerja atau menetap di WP.
